Gift Cards purchased from JOCY are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within the returns period of 14 days, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.
We will be glad to make a refund which will go onto the card used when you made the purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
You can return an item to our store, as long as you have your receipt.
For items being returned by courier or post, please ensure you complete and enclose the delivery note. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return.

Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel only when it has been received to our store. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Once your parcel has been received by a member of our staff it can take up to 5 days to fulfil your request.
When we have dealt with your parcel, we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember it can take up to 3 to 4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
